After Hour Pediatrics is a walk-in medical facility conveniently located in downtown San Mateo. The clinic is dedicated to providing a wide range of services , including several new service enhancements, for the care of sick and mildly injured children. At After Hour Pediatrics, your child will be seen in a child-friendly office setting, allowing you to avoid the wait and added expense of an emergency room visit. In contrast to a hospital emergency room, your child will always be treated by a pediatric specialist. However, if you feel your child is having a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.The clinic operates evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are open 365 days per year. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients may come directly to the clinic without phoning for an appointment.
